IQ - The Lens - Martin Orford - Discography (1983-2011)
Genre: Neo-Prog | 26 Albums | MP3 320 kbps | 4.56 GB

The group with the binding name to many IQ was born in Sofemptone, England, in 1981 (before there was three years under the name of Lens). By the time the first album was stabilized composition: Peter Nichols (Peter Nicholls) - vocals, Tim Esau (Tim Esau) - bass, Mike Holmes (Mike Holmes) - guitar, Martin Orfrod (Martin Orford) - keyboards, Mark Rideout (Mark Rideout) - drums. The band's style was based on the achievements of art-rock '70s, drawing into its orbit as elements of jazz and blues. Considerable value to the group and had a theatrical side of the show - in this sense, IQ is a follower of Genesis; however, lead singer Peter Nichols got his first acting experience in his childhood (he participated in the TV show "Cheggers Plays Pop"). The group was destined to become one of the flagships of the so-called neo-prog (although located somewhat in the shadow of his more famous colleagues - Marillion). The team has created for his as yet far from the end of the creative ways a number of works already numbered among the critics to the category of "classic."
